May 23, 2013 · I had the same conundrum a while back. It was not very obvious at first but the last trait slot becomes available for buying only when your dynasty reaches Gold level (30000 experience) so you need to complete the main campaign with at least a few of the factions before you can get it. Then you can buy it for 5000 dynasty seals! Hope this helps.
